AIRI License Agreement

This End User License Agreement (“Agreement”) is between you and ERARTA FZE, a Free Zone Establishment registered in Sharjah Publishing City Free Zone, Sharjah, United Arab Emirates, licence No. 4203733 (“ERARTA”, “we”, “us”). It governs your use of the AIRI applications for Mac, iPhone and Android (the “App”). By installing or using the App you accept this Agreement. If you do not accept it, do not install or use the App.
License
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the App on devices you own or control, for personal use or for the internal purposes of your business. A license bought on Gumroad covers the number of Macs stated at purchase. A free or trial version may be limited in features or in time.
App Store and Google Play
If you obtained the App from the Apple App Store or Google Play, the terms of that store also apply. For an App obtained from the Apple App Store, the Apple Licensed Application End User License Agreement applies together with this Agreement; Apple bears no responsibility for the App or its support.
Restrictions
You may not copy, sell, rent, sublicense or distribute the App or its license keys; reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble the App, except to the extent applicable law expressly permits it; remove notices of ownership; or bypass license checks.
Your content
Recordings, transcripts and notes you create belong to you. The App processes them on your device. The Privacy Policy describes the optional services that send data off the device and when they do it.
Models and open-source components
The App downloads speech and language models and includes open-source components. Each of them is used under its own license, which governs that component.
Ownership
The App, the AIRI name and logo, and all rights in them belong to ERARTA FZE. All rights not expressly granted in this Agreement are reserved.
Updates and termination
We may update the App from time to time. This Agreement ends automatically if you breach it, or if your purchase is refunded or charged back. When it ends, you must stop using the App and delete all copies.
Disclaimer
The App is provided “as is” and “as available”. Transcripts, summaries and answers are produced by AI and may contain errors. Review them before you rely on them, especially for legal, medical, financial or safety decisions.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ERARTA FZE is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for loss of data. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the App in the twelve months before the claim.
Governing law
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Emirate of Sharjah and the federal laws of the United Arab Emirates. Mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence continue to apply.
